SOFTWARE MODULES The TeamViewer System consists of different modules for which different license conditions apply. The TeamViewer software installed now is licensed under the GPL (General Public License) which is shown below. To use TeamViewer behind firewalls the DynGate Router is automatically downloaded by TeamViewer. For DynGate the following license conditions apply. Use of the DynGate Router can be manually disabled in TeamViewer options at any time. II. DYNGATE LICENSE AGREEMENT LICENSE FOR FREE AND TRIAL VERSIONS All free and trial versions are supplied �as is� without warranty of any kind. Installation and use at your own risk only. If TeamViewer Host Mode is actiated DirectIn mode will automatically be switched on. In DirectIn mode the free versions may accept external keepalive sessions from other TeamViewer users, which might lead to additional data traffic. ADDITIONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL VERSIONS In addition to this license the TeamViewer GmbH license conditions apply. GENERAL PROVISIONS Customer shall not remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from TeamViewer/DynGate. Customer shall not cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of TeamViewer/DynGate. TeamViewer and DynGate keep an open and active Internet connection at all times when the software is running, which can lead to high Internet traffic and connection rates. COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM TeamViewer/DynGate are the proprietary product of Developer and its licensors and it is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. Customer acquires only the right to use the software and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in TeamViewer/DynGate other than those specified in this License. Developer, or its licensor, shall at all times retain all rights, title, interest, including intellectual property rights, in TeamViewer/DynGate.
